RENO, NV — (Marketwire) — 11/27/12 — Vision Plasma Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: VLNX) has disclosed details of its discussion of a potential mutual teaming agreement with Waste To Energy Canada (WTEC) of Vancouver, BC, Canada to use Vision Plasma Systems– Arc Master I energy production capability to increase proficiency of their waste water treatment, water supply and water management systems.
In a deal potentially valued at $102M for up to 24 systems between 2014 to 2018, the Arc Master I units would provide full remediation of contaminated sludge discharges and energy rich waste accumulations while providing additional electrical energy on site, and ensuring no impact to the surrounding environment. The combined technologies of WTEC and the Arc Master I would guarantee the supply of clean water and energy to tropical areas on a global scale that are currently lacking in fresh water resources.
“The positive environmental impact of bringing clean water, eliminating hazardous waste, and generating your own electricity all in the same cycle is almost immeasurable,” stated Timothy P. Volk, CEO of Vision Plasma Systems, Inc. “Once the first combination of our technology, coupled with the advances already in place by WTEC is recognized by the environmental community, the potential options will be limitless,” Mr. Volk went on to say.
For over 18 years, WTEC has provided integrated –clean & smart– waste management infrastructure to their clients to create sustainable, clean community development around the world. Bringing together the necessary professionals, expertise, and technology, they coordinate project planning and control, procurement and contractors, risk management, operations and maintenance management.
