Canadian Oilfield Solutions Corp. Announces Resignation of Chief Financial Officer and Trading Halt

CALGARY, ALBERTA — (Marketwired) — 04/10/13 — Canadian Oilfield Solutions Corp. (TSX VENTURE: OTS)(the “Company”), announces that David Burgess has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The Company is actively searching for a replacement Chief Financial Officer and will provide a further announcement once an individual has been located. Mr. Burgess will continue with the Company as consultant but will not act in the capacity of an officer.

The trading of the Company–s common shares will be halted as the Company is required by the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange to have a Chief Financial Officer. The trading halt will remain in effect until the Company appoints a replacement Chief Financial Officer and otherwise complies with TSX Venture requirements.
