MSD Gold Files Legal Proceedings to Clarify Its Ownership of the Kenty Gold Mine Property

TORONTO — (Marketwired) — 05/24/13 — MSD GOLD MINING CORPORATION (“MSD GOLD”) and Emerald Isle Resources Inc., (“Emerald Isle”) have filed an Application for Order of Declaration that MSD Gold and Emerald Isle are the sole owners of the Kenty Gold Mine property. The proceedings, filed against Joshua Gold Resources Inc. (OTCQB: JSHG), are over its alleged acquisition of the same property in October 2012. The Kenty Gold Mine Property consists of approximately 275 square hectares in the Swayze, Dore Township.

MSD Gold released in a statement, “It is unfortunate that Joshua failed to respond to notices shortly after Joshua announced its interest in the Kenty Gold Property in October 2012. That failure to respond has led to the initiated legal proceedings to direct the Registrar for Land Title to remove Joshua–s erroneous claim on the land, in which we are confident we will prevail.”
