COLUMBUS, OH — (Marketwired) — 08/20/13 — , Inc. has promoted Bill Brackett to vice president of Services and Support from director of Professional Services. In the newly created position, Brackett and his team will implement the company–s software for new ARCOS customers, provide customers live support for technical questions, analyze operations to boost efficiency and manage quality assurance testing. Brackett will also oversee the design of new features for the ARCOS Suite.

Brackett leads several ARCOS product committees that chart the future of the ARCOS Suite. He joined ARCOS in May 2009 as a lead implementation manager. His first role was overseeing the process to deploy ARCOS software at some of America–s largest utility companies.
Brackett–s experience before ARCOS includes work as a senior software consultant where his teams designed and implemented a suite of warehouse management and optimization products. He holds a bachelor–s degree in business administration from the Max M. Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.
