Premier Holding Corporation Announces Initiation of International Strategy

TUSTIN, CA — (Marketwired) — 09/23/13 — Premier Holding Corporation (OTCQB: PRHL) today announced that it set in place the necessary infrastructure to begin phase one of its strategic plan to deploy the E-Series technology internationally. The E-Series is currently marketed in the U.S. by PRHL–s subsidiary, E3 – Energy Efficiency Experts. This technology has recently been adapted to accommodate the vast majority of electrical power found around the world, including a 50hz version, and an international patent and certification strategy has been initiated.

The E-series Lighting Control saves from 25 percent to in excess of 35 percent of the power it takes to operate existing HID lamps. The company previously had announced savings experienced by Nestles, Disney and Stations Casino with E-Series Technology. HID lamps are experiencing a resurgence as the industry realizes that they are the most efficient lamp for the environments they most commonly serve, i.e. very high ceilings, poles and locations with high lumen requirements. The E-Series makes the most efficient lamps for these applications even more efficient.

President and CEO of Premier, Randall Letcavage, stated, “We are very excited to launch this next step in the expansion of the technology–s market. We are now opening discussions with strategic partners to assemble the product in-country, and represent it to resellers and direct customers. The first market we are pursuing is Asia, for obvious reasons, including the explosive growth rates and infrastructure upgrades taking place there.”

The E-Series, being an upgrade to existing HID lighting systems, is a fraction of the cost of emerging alternatives and comes with a decades-long track record of success, and the added benefit that it is installed in less than a day. The technology provides added life to existing lighting systems while providing exceptional efficiencies.

The product has been specifically designed for assembly in a target country, with the ability to modify it for any unique circumstance that the given country may require. The systems are in place to replicate manufacturing and sales in almost any country, and to do so in multiple countries simultaneously.

Premier is opening discussions with various qualified candidates in Asia to both assemble the product and represent it in the market. All interested candidates should contact Lawrence Young at PRHL at (949) 260-8070 or .
