VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA and RED DEER, ALBERTA — (Marketwired) — 11/04/14 — A partnership and equity investment to expand operations in the North American energy sector was announced today by Vancouver-based Seacliff Group and Red Deer-based Fusion Production Systems. This is the third such partnership arrangement for Seacliff which sees great potential in this sector.
According to Fusion president Dean Simpson, “We have achieved strong growth in the past few years and new investment from Seacliff will help us enhance our customer services, expand our product line of multi-phase separators and flow back equipment, and will capitalize on opportunities in the oil and gas sector. Our equipment has been well received by the market and we look forward to developing more solutions for our customers.”
Dean Simpson will continue to lead the company as president, and the existing Fusion team is expected to remain in place.
