Separating emulsions from die-casting are generally corrosive, may not be discharged and can therefore only be disposed of at a considerable cost. An alternative is the treatment of the wastewater. In this case, several stages are often required. Not only does this cost a lot of money, but also requires space in production. The solution: VACUDEST vacuum distillation systems. With innovative, integrated technologies, separating emulsions from die-casting are processed to such an extent in the one step that the treated water can be reused in production.
This is not only good for the environment, but also saves hard cash by reducing the disposal costs. The economic and sustainable advantages achieved by the VACUDEST systems are demonstrated by the experts for zero liquid discharge production by H2O GmbH at the Alucast in India at stand B8. With their sales partner Ultraseal, they are presenting themselves for the first time to the Indian die-casting industry. The trade fair is taking place from 6 to 8 December in the India Exposition Mart Limited in Greater Noida (greater New Delhi).
Detailed information is also available in the English presentation by H2O wastewater expert Jochen Freund. At Alucast he will explain the advantages of wastewater treatment using VACUDEST by way of a specific die-casting example.
