Alpha welcomes NORAM–s Engineering and Management strength which will benefit both the North American and International expansion of Alpha–s “USBF” wastewater technology.
The Company recently announced it had completed the US$24 million agreement on construction and operation of Alpha–s 30 year term BOT (build, operate, transfer) plant to be built at Chengde High Tech Industrial Park. The Agreement was signed between Alpha–s Chinese partner, China Aviation-AVIC and Alpha–s, Beijing Alpha and guaranteed by Alpha Wastewater Inc.
China Aviation is providing 70% financing and 50% of the equity with Alpha Beijing providing the remaining 50% equity. Engineering will be completed in Vancouver, BC, Canada, at Alpha–s North American Licensee–s engineering department at ECOfluid Systems Inc. offices.
The addition of NORAM Engineering and Construction to the Alpha Wastewater international team further strengthens its growth initiatives. The Company will continue to provide updates on its business partnerships and projects.
