BIS Salamis will be handling extensive maintenance activities including project management and shutdown coordination for these customers. The services to be provided include scaffolding access, rope access, coating, insulation, specialist cleaning, asbestos work, norm removal and passive fire protection. BIS Salamis operatives will be deployed at the Bacton Gas Terminal, at various platforms located in the Leman, Sole Pit, Barque, Galleon, Ninian, Muchinson and Tiffany fields as well as a number of additional loacations.
The order received from AJS is a follow-up contract with an extended scope for a period of three years, while the order placed by CRN for a period of five years is a new contract with a renewal option of a further two years. “With these new contracts, the BIS Group is continuing to reinforce its market position in fabric maintenance on platforms operating on the UK continental shelf.
