CALGARY, ALBERTA — (Marketwired) — 08/16/13 — Black Diamond Group Limited (“Black Diamond” or “the Company”) (TSX: BDI) is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend for the month of August of $0.07 per share to holders of common shares. The dividend will be paid on September 16, 2013 to shareholders of record on August 30, 2013. The ex-dividend date is August 28, 2013. This dividend is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
