HOUSTON, TEXAS — (Marketwire) — 08/10/11 — Caza Oil & Gas, Inc. (“Caza” or the “Company”) (TSX: CAZ)(AIM: CAZA), the U.S focused exploration, appraisal, development and production company announces that following exercises of employee options, 25,000 common shares in the Company have been issued and allotted.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 25,000 common shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue, to be admitted to trading on AIM, and admission is expected to become effective on 16 August 2011.
Following admission, the Company will have 164,344,000 common shares outstanding. The figure of 164,344,000 common shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change their interest in, the Company under the FSA–s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
