CleanTech OC Announces Finalists for Second Cleantech Company of the Year Competition

IRVINE, CA — (Marketwire) — 08/29/11 — CleanTech OC (), the trade association promoting economic growth in Orange County–s clean technology industry, today announced the finalists for the organization–s annual Cleantech Company of the Year Award competition. The 2011 finalists are Amonix, FlexEnergy, T3 Motion, M2 Renewables, and Phoenix Energy Technologies.

The winner will be named during the CleanTech OC 2011 Conference and Expo, Monday, September 12 at the Irvine Hyatt Regency. The CEOs of each of the finalist companies will participate in a panel discussion titled “Local Cleantech Success Stories” at 4:00 PM, with the award being presented at the conclusion of the panel.

With the county–s cleantech industry witnessing significant growth in the past year, the award is a coveted distinction that recognizes the local company that has developed an exceptional technology that is creating new jobs and economic growth in the region.
