DELHI, INDIA — (Marketwire) — 08/11/11 — Researched by Industrial Info India (Delhi, India) — Coal India Limited (CIL) (Kolkata, West Bengal), has proposed the establishment of 20 new coal preparation plants as part of its expanding mining activities. The proposal is part of the company–s plan to overcome the quality problems of Indian coal and encourage clean-coal technologies.
