Chris Misson has worked in the hydrometric data management industry for over 20 years and is widely considered one of the top hydrometric experts worldwide. While with , he was the architect of TimeStudio Data Management System, software for continuous time-series water data management used in Australia, Southeast Asia, and North America. In 2009, Chris Mission joined , an Aquatic Informatics integration partner, delivering comprehensive hydrometric data management and flood information solutions. He brings significant experience in successfully deploying AQUARIUS with national and regional water monitoring agencies. Roberto Francesconi has more than 15 years of programming and software design experience, gained while working for and .
