HOUSTON, TX — (Marketwire) — 02/23/12 — Enbridge Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE: EEP) (“the Partnership”) today announced that its 2011 investor tax packages are available on the Partnership–s Internet home page () by clicking on the blue Tax Web icon.
Mailing of the Partnership–s tax packages also commenced today and will be completed on February 27th. Tax package changes can be input on the web site, emailed to or directed to the Partnership–s K-1 call center at (800) 525-3999.
Investors in Enbridge Energy Management, L.L.C. (NYSE: EEQ) do not receive a K-1 tax package or any other yearly tax forms.
Enbridge Energy Partners, L.P.
