IRVINE, CA — (Marketwire) — 09/08/11 — The National Safety Council (NSC), a nonprofit advocacy organization, recognized PICS Safety Professional Chad Frost for their most prestigious award: The 2011 NSC “40 Under 40” Rising Star of Safety.
