Princeton Power Systems Announces Commercial Availability of “V2X” Charging Stations

PRINCETON, NJ — (Marketwired) — 11/25/14 — Princeton Power Systems, a leading global designer and manufacturer of technology products and embedded software for energy management, micro-grid operations, and electric vehicle charging, announced today availability of its newest product line, V2X Fast-Charging Electric Vehicle Stations in 15 kW and 30 kW models, CA-15 and CA-30 respectively. The CA-15/30 is a kiosk-style charging station including a touch panel for user control and CHAdeMO-compliant hose and connector. CHAdeMO-compliant vehicles, available commercially, can recharge in less than 20-30 minutes, while the charging station also enable bi-directional discharging capabilities for advanced “Vehicle-to-Grid” or “Vehicle-to-Building” operations. The V2X Fast-Charging Electric Vehicle Station product line is certified to UL 1741 and UL 2202 for safe operation, electric grid connectivity and power export, and ease of permitting and installation.
