Probe Resources Announces Change to the Company–s TSX Venture Exchange Listing Classification

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA — (Marketwire) — 08/09/11 — Probe Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: PBR.H) (the “Company”) announces that the Company–s listing has been transferred from the TSX Venture Exchange Tier 2 to the NEX.

The trading symbol for the Company has changed from PBR to PBR.H. There is no change in the Company–s name and no consolidation of capital. The symbol extension differentiates NEX symbols from Tier 1 or Tier 2 symbols within the TSX Venture market. Further to the Exchange Bulletins dated January 7, 2011 and July 20, 2011, trading in the shares of the Company will remain suspended.

The Company is in the process of completing and filing its interim quarterly financial statements and MDA.
