CHICAGO, IL — (Marketwired) — 12/02/14 — Led by Tom Meehan dressed as Santa Claus, along with his mighty elves, Flood Brothers sponsored a Santa giving day to more than 300 children at Lurie Children–s Hospital of Chicago. The merry band traveled floor-to-floor visiting families and sick children.
Escorted by Elizabeth Wolcott and Robert Fry from the Lurie Children–s staff, the Flood team spent the afternoon bringing holiday joy to families in waiting surgery rooms, recovery rooms, and hospital rooms as they delivered 300 Olafs from the Disney movie Frozen.

Santa Claus, aka Tom Meehan, was a big hit with children, parents and staff — posing for pictures, giving Santa hugs and producing gifts from his bag. At times Tom was the only one allowed in certain areas of the hospital for care safety reasons. While Tom was humbled by all the brave sick children, he was especially touched by one little girl who told him,
