TORONTO, ONTARIO — (Marketwire) — 09/13/11 — Vertility Energy Corp. is pleased to announce that it plans to acquire Apollo Power & Light (“APL”). The acquisition is expected to close on or before November 1, 2011. APL provides electricity to the Texas Consumer Energy Market.
