(PINKSHEETS: VLNX) today announced details of its agreement signed with the Mayor of Londrina, in the State of Paraná, Brazil promising financing, tax incentives, and land donation to induce Vision Plasma Systems to manufacture the company–s Arc Master I Mobile Plasma Gasification System in Londrina.
With meetings that lasted over three weeks, the Mayor and his staff discussed several business incentives that would be made available to Vision Plasma Systems to incentivize the company to headquarter its South American manufacturing facility in Londrina. The Agreement outlined these incentives and signed by the Mayor hopes to help create up to 500 advanced technology jobs to the greater Londrina area and target its customers in South America and Africa.
