EDMONTON, ALBERTA — (Marketwired) — 08/01/13 — EPCOR Utilities Inc. (EPCOR) is pleased to announce the appointment of Vito Culmone to the Company–s Board of Directors, effective August 1, 2013.

Mr. Culmone has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Finance, for WestJet since 2007. In this capacity, he is responsible for the overall financial management of WestJet and its financial reporting, as well as for multiple corporate functions including comptrollership, treasury, and investor relations. Prior to joining WestJet, Mr. Culmone held various senior leadership roles within Molson Inc. over a 12-year period, working both domestically and internationally.
Mr. Culmone obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1989 while at Price Waterhouse where he worked in the firm–s tax and audit departments. He obtained a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Toronto in 1987.
