VuQo–s Management has substantially completed its due diligence and the two companies are now on its final stages on discussing the principal terms of agreement under which, VuQo Holdings Corporation will acquire 100% of the business of Waste Management Asia, with an all stock transaction, by which final details will be announced pending the execution of the agreement.
