The board of directors of WPNV took this action because it found that The Krueger Group, LLP had demonstrated the necessary expertise and experience to oversee the company–s regulatory filings and compliance and to work with management and auditors to accomplish WindPower–s goal of becoming a fully-reporting company with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
