Yalian Steel Grants Stock Options

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA — (Marketwire) — 05/30/12 — Yalian Steel Corporation (TSX VENTURE: YL) (“Yalian” or the “Company”) announces that it has granted incentive stock options to certain of its directors, officers and consultants to purchase up to an aggregate 535,000 common shares of the Company. The options are exercisable for a five year period at an exercise price of $0.55 per share and are subject to vesting provisions. The grant of these options is subject to the provisions of the Company–s stock option plan, the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange and applicable securities laws.
